Dear Fine Arts and Music Coordinators, We do hope that the transition from a restful summer vacation in to the crisp quick pace of fall has been a smooth one. As your staff gets your program off and running, Northeastern District and Gordon College would like to offer an outreach program for what might be your newest additions who just graduated from college into the education profession. "Embracing the New Music Educator" will be a series of informal meetings at which these music protegees can share ideas, concerns, and problem solve the issues which often face the isolated , newest member of your staff. We ask that you please forward this letter to your new hires or to anyone on your staff that may profit from these meetings. The cost of this mentoring program for protegees is free, the experience will be priceless!!
