2024-2025 Jr. Audition Cut Off Scores

​Directors:
The Audition Results are now available.  Please login and follow these steps to check results, print student score forms and register students for the Festival.
  1. Login by clicking the button above and use your credentials.
  2. Select the Festivals Menu - Junior Festival
  3. Accepted students are listed at the top and non accepted at the bottom.
  4. Score Form - Click on the students score to view and print.
    Depending on your browser, you may have to adjust the scaling to format the page for printing purposes.
  5. Festival Registration
    Click the check box to the left of their name

  6. Principal Form - Click the link at the top left of the results page to view and print.  Depending on your browser, you may have to adjust the scaling to format the page for printing purposes.

All information pertaining to the Junior Festival is located in the Audition/Festival Handbook.  Once you register your students for the Festival, please encourage them to complete the MEDICAL FORM & REHEARSAL POLICIES & STUDENT CONTRACT located in the handbook.

If you have any questions regarding the audition results, please email us prior to releasing the information to your students.  This will allow us an opportunity to discuss the results with you and address any concerns you may have.  Our seating and tie breaking procedures are located on the downloads page.

​​Past Programs

DIRECTORS:
Students must be an active participant in their school’s music department and part of a school ensemble. (if one is available)
The school director of the ensemble in which they perform must register all eligible students.  The director must be an active NAfME member as of the date of the District event.  This information must be provided on the District website under "Modify Contact Information". 
  1. To register students please login and update all contact information, including each ensemble director's NAfME # and expiration date. *Without a valid membership provided on the District's website, students will not be scheduled for auditions.  Renew or join here.
  2. Click on the registration button and begin entering your students' information.  Please press submit changes before closing the window.
  3. You may check your registration by clicking on the Principal Form button.  If a student's name does not appear, they are not registered.
AUDITION POLICY REMINDERS
As a reminder we ask directors verify that all of their students are using the correct editions of the Northeastern District audition pieces. You should confirm that private teachers have provided your students with the correct editions as well. Please review the editions listed on the official Northeastern District Audition List.

We have decided to discontinue the use of the online Rehearsal Policies and Student Contract.  To ease the amount of paperwork for parents and directors, we have combined the Medical Form and the Rehearsal Policies & Student Contract.  You may click the file above or find it in the back of the handbook.
